How it works
Three steps from private-pilot review to controlled communication.

Define the pilot scope
Share your business, supplier scale, and expected message volume in an access request. Eligibility and onboarding scope are reviewed together.

Configure your own WABA
During pilot onboarding, the customer’s own WABA, explicit authorization, and supported onboarding method are verified before configuration; account and number ownership remain with the customer.

Operate and monitor the workflow
Manage the supplier directory, approved templates, delivery statuses, replies, and opt-outs from the same workspace.
WhatsApp messages are sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform when the customer’s business account connection, appropriate communication consent, and Meta-approved message templates are active. Suppliping does not guarantee Meta approval or uninterrupted delivery.
Account ownership
Your WhatsApp Business account and business assets remain yours.
For the pilot, Suppliping access is configured only after the customer’s explicit authorization and a supported Meta onboarding method are verified. Suppliping uses only the permissions granted to provide product functionality and does not own the customer account, phone number, or business portfolio.
